Raoul Malhotra
Founder and CEO
Founder and CEO of Orka Investments, Raoul leads the firm’s strategy and investment activity across operational real estate, including PBSA and hospitality. Previously at Meyer Bergman and GGP, he brings deep pan-European investment experience and holds an MSc from LSE.
Philippe de Croy-Solre
Investment Manager, Acquisitions
Philippe leads underwriting, execution and asset strategy across Orka’s hospitality and living portfolios. With a background spanning hospitality, operations, finance and engineering, he focuses on value creation from acquisition through stabilisation. He holds an MEng from the University of Edinburgh.
Alvaro Del Tiempo
Investment Manager, Asset Management
Álvaro leads asset strategy, development and repositioning across Orka’s hospitality and living assets. A RIBA-qualified architect with over 10 years’ experience, he has overseen €300m of transactions and a €900m pipeline. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes.
Jonathan Braun
Investment Team, Hospitality
Jonathan has nearly 15 years’ experience developing and managing real estate across the US and Europe, executing $2bn of transactions. He has delivered close to 3,000 hotel keys and brings deep expertise across the full development lifecycle. Jonathan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Kobe Lai
Investment Associate, Acquisitions
Kobe supports acquisitions and asset management across Orka’s portfolios, contributing to underwriting, due diligence and post-acquisition execution. His role spans the full investment lifecycle. He holds an MSc from LSE and a BA from the University of Cambridge.
Honor Clinton
Analyst
Honor supports acquisitions and asset management through financial analysis, underwriting and asset-level performance tracking. With a background in architecture, she brings a strong technical lens to development feasibility and capex planning. She holds a degree from the University of Cambridge.
Jacqui Collins
Chief Operating Officer
Jacqui is a senior growth and operations leader with 25+ years’ experience across private equity and real estate. As COO, she builds the structures, teams and systems that enable Orka to scale, perform and deliver long-term value.
Ashish Gupta
Finance Director
Ashish is Finance Director at Orka, with 15+ years’ experience building and scaling finance functions across real estate platforms. A Chartered Accountant and MBA, he leads governance, reporting, systems and cashflow management to support growth.
